Elyran / Field guide / v1.0
A better brief starts with the work.
Use the planner to turn a recurring process into a small, testable implementation brief.
1. Describe the current process
Name the trigger, the work people perform, and the final deliverable. “We read requests, look up services, and prepare a quote” is more useful than “automate sales.”
2. Identify systems and review
List the systems involved and choose a review policy. Sensitive information always adds access-control and data-handling checkpoints. The brief is a starting template, not a security assessment.
3. Set a pilot outcome
Describe an observable result. Use actual examples and measure handling time, output correctness, and review burden. The planner suggests stages and metrics, but does not infer business facts.
4. Edit and discuss
The generated brief is editable. Update assumptions, export Markdown, and send the document to your implementation partner. Inquiry links open an email draft; they do not submit your inputs to our server.
Working privately
All calculations and text processing happen in your browser. No model calls are made. Save draft is optional and stores a copy on this device; use Clear draft to remove it. Exports are generated locally. Avoid keeping private drafts on a shared computer.
Take your work with you
Markdown exports are readable project documents. JSON exports include inputs and results for a reproducible handoff. Print / PDF opens your browser’s print dialog with a clean report layout.
